Fantastic wig, comes with a cute wig bag and not some gross plastic bag. Include a wig cap and hair net as well as care guide. The wig itself is very true to picture, the lace front is soft, and easy to manage. The straps around the wig are adjustable as well, and they can fit a large head, or someone that has a lot of hair, with ease. The shop was friendly, professional and they shipped to me VERY fast which I appreciated.

We ship our products by expedited and standard shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your package has been dispatched. You could trace your package by clicking into the courier's link with your tracking number. PROCESSING TIME

We process orders per the production time noted in red font under the quantity box on the product page. Please pay attention to it while placing the order. The production time does not include transportation time, regardless of which shipping method is selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double-check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Return Policy
-WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE&RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide an exchange or return on unopened Imstyle products within 30 days of the date that you receive wigs or hair extensions.

-DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return or exchange shipping costs.

 

-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the different products after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned one were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. And your orders take 5-14 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping.

 

-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
